We are all blindfolded and stepping in it and we all comment on it. Don’t kid yourself, though. No one (and I mean no one) has a solution or really knows what’s going on, despite experience.

Theory is the safe haven of the dull and privileged.

You don’t know what you’re knowing. You may think you do, but you don’t.

Addendum to audio at Kallipygotera:

Back in the mid 1990′s, we found a treasure trove of cassette tapes with various original and homemade recordings, curbside on Confederate Avenue in Atlanta, GA.

A preternatural epiphany, we deigned to produce these select recordings for public consumption. We began to post these exceptional (and sometimes humorous) ethnographic snippets on sites like Virb.

Recently Virb converted to a pay site. Therefore, these found audio files, along with newly created recordings, will be arranged here from time to time at Kallipygotera.
